Auto-Assignment in Talk to Agent
The Talk to Agent block now supports automatic agent assignment using round-robin distribution. Instead of manually selecting a specific agent, you can now assign conversations to a team and let the system automatically distribute them evenly among team members.Features:- Round-robin assignment algorithm for fair workload distribution
